Light, sweet and full of air. Though soon enough it gets sticky and icky and you just want to get rid of it. Cotton candy everywhere but this is no fun fair. And when you suddenly notice that you left the door open three weeks ago and you catch yourself still walking in circles, that’s when you know it might be time. Time for another kind of desire. But reaching out can be a complicated step to take.
Cotton Candy Brain is a physical theatre solo piece about the consequences of loneliness and isolation. Caught alone on an island in the shape of a white mattress a person tries to distract themselves from their own reality.
